HowToMom: New Bread Pan

My bread making process is constantly evolving. I think bread machine-shaped loaves are stupid looking and not conducive to sandwich making. But I am too lazy to knead bread by hand. So I use the bread machine to do all the hard work and then I bake my bread in a pan. The first time I used my 9x5 meatloaf pan, I thought it was the end-all-be-all of homemade bread. Then I found this...

I thought to myself, "Hey self... aren't store bought loaves like 12 inches long? We should buy this pan and try it out." I actually bought a 10-inch and a 12-inch. I don't know why. I still haven't used the 10-inch pan, because really... its practically the same size as the 9x5!

Long story short... I heart my new bread pan.
